I know today is the day of the big game. But if you can manage to fit in one other show today, this is the one it should be. Puppy Bowl IV (2PM CST, re-airing several times back to back) is the cutest thing on television every year. I dare you to come away from watching all of these cute puppies playing and being oh so adorable feeling depressed or in an ill mood.
This is a clip from Puppy Bowl III:
The Tudors [Showtime]
I'm hooked. The Tudors (8PM CST) is already a guilty pleasure. Episode 2 of Season 1 airs tonight.
Cable television is the only thing standing between me and a lack of TiVo worthy tv. Lets all hope that the strike talks are going as well as this and tv fans everywhere can rejoice and wake up their DVRs.
The Tudors [Showtime]
Showtime is airing an encore of The Tudors (7PM CST) Season 1 starting tonight. I missed its first run because I was not yet a Showtime subscriber. Now I can see for myself exactly how good this retelling of Henry VIII's story really is.
Breaking Bad [AMC]
Breaking Bad (9PM CST) is an original series about a high school chem teacher that plans for his family's future, after his demise from a terminal illness, by cooking up a drug lab.
Battle For The Heart & Soul Of The Republican Party
I'm Still Voting For Fred!

Democrats say McCain nearly abandoned GOP
Bob Cusack @ The Hill: Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) was close to leaving the Republican Party in 2001, weeks before then-Sen. Jim Jeffords (Vt.) famously announced his decision to become an Independent, according to former Democratic lawmakers who say they were involved in the discussions.
Hope!!
Dee @ Conservatism With Heart: First of all, Reaganism and Conservatism is not dead. Lets not get over dramatic and go this far. It may not win this election cycle but it will rear its head again in 2012.
Fixing the Primary System
Slublog @ Slublog: I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm tired of having my choices limited by the voters of two states. It's time to fix the process and make it more representative. Voters in later primary states should have a chance to make some impact on the entire field of candidates, not just who is chosen by a small pool of voters.
Why Should We Shut Up?
Rush @ Rush Limbaugh: Now the people on the McCain bandwagon are telling those of us who aren't on the McCain bandwagon, to shut up. Just be quiet. We are supposedly damaging the Republican Party.
